rhiaskin.com (the "Website") is operated by Neurex Technologies, Inc. ("Rhia Skin," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not reserve a product, place an order, or commit you or us to any sale, price, or date. We will email you news about Rhia Skin, including when orders open. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
Please join with an email address you own. We may remove sign-ups that appear automated, false, or abusive.
2. Product information
Rhia Skin is in development. Descriptions, images, features, and timing shown on the Website are previews and may change before launch. Rhia Skin tracks the cosmetic appearance of your skin. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on the Website is medical advice.
3. When orders open
Any future purchase will be governed by the terms of sale presented at checkout at that time.
4. Using the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its security or operation, attempt to access it by automated means such as bots or scrapers, submit false or harmful information, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, and the Rhia Skin name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may view the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute its content without our written permission.
6. Third-party services
The Website is hosted by Shopify, and our emails are sent by Klaviyo. The Website may also link to sites we do not control, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and their own terms and policies apply.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Website or its content, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhia Skin, Neurex Technologies, Inc., and our directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Website or the waitlist.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhia Skin and Neurex Technologies, Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, for example when orders open, by posting the new version here and changing the "Last updated" date. We may suspend or end access to the Website or the waitlist at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Neurex Technologies, Inc. is headquartered, and you and we consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the federal and state courts there. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
